1. Our services
We provide agricultural consultancy, cultural and traditional affairs consultancy, and farmland acquisition services. The scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement are agreed with you in advance in writing.
2. Engagements & fees
An engagement begins when we confirm acceptance of an agreed scope. Fees, deposits and payment terms are set out in that agreement; where payment is made online it is processed through the methods shown at the time. We do not store your full card details.
3. Land & due-diligence services
For farmland acquisition and due-diligence work, we act as facilitators and advisors. We use reasonable professional care, but we do not guarantee the outcome of any acquisition, the decisions of landowners or traditional authorities, or the results of statutory processes. Final decisions and any transactions remain yours.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and instructions, and to obtain independent legal, financial or tax advice where appropriate.
5. Confidentiality
We treat your information as confidential and handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Where you opt in to messaging, our SMS Terms apply.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ghana law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts. We may update these Terms; the current version applies to new engagements.
